End-to-End Workflow

1. Product Sync

Gale syncs your product catalog and identifies which items are eligible based on your selected product categories.

2. Payment Method Appears

A new payment method — “Gale HSA/FSA Payments” — appears on your checkout page when eligible items are in the cart.

3. Hosted Checkout Page

Customers who choose Gale are redirected to a secure, Gale-hosted payment page tailored to HSA/FSA compliance.

4. Auto-Approve or LMN Flow

If the cart contains SIGIS-eligible items, payment is instantly approved.
For dual-purpose products, the customer completes a short medical survey for LMN review.

5. Return and Fulfill

Once the flow completes, the customer is redirected back to your store.
The order is marked as paid and ready to ship — no manual steps needed.
